WHAT WE DO

Prepurchase Inspections

At Sincere Home Inspections we take pride in inspecting the house you’d like to buy in order to make sure it is ready for you to make a home. To do this we work as a team to go over every aspect of the home. And by “we” I am referring to a husband and wife team who go through every aspect of the home giving you both a male and female perspective of what we are seeing. We have found that many couples find this helpful as we are able to speak with you as a team and help everyone understand the inspection information. From the foundation to the roof, and everything in between we are there to make sure everything is right.

Presale Inspections

Are you selling your home?

Let an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified® Seller’s Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.
