The Cost of a home inspection is important to you, we get that. Keep in mind that we are a Certified home inspector and we participate in the InterNachi Home Buy Back Guarantee. We also do Team inspections so you will get two sets of eyes on every inspections. Below is a list of the inspection approximate inspection fees we charge.

Apartments/Condominiums

Apartments/Condominiums	$300+

Homes <2000 sq ft	$500+
Insurance Inspections	$325+

• We accept Cash, Check, And Credit Cards (with a 3.5% service fee) due prior to inspection
• Advance Cancellation is required. Cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the inspection fee. (We will work with extenuating circumstances such as emergencies.
